The Extended License grants the purchaser an ongoing, non-exclusive, worldwide license to make use of one SINGLE FreshDesignElements graphic of choice.

Each Extended License applies to ONE single graphic. If you want to use several graphics commercially you need to purchase a separate Extended License for each graphic.

One Extended License is NOT valid for all graphics in a set, pack or bundle. Except vectors:

  • One license is valid for a complete set of vectors like our banner pack or logo template set, provided that vectors are converted to raster in your End Product for sale.
  • You must not permit an end user of the digital End Product to edit our vectors.

Bundles, Packs and Sets:

One rule applies for Extended Licenses for Bundles, Packs and Set: The Bundle price x 10 is the price of the bundle with the Extended Licenses.

YOU HAVE THE RIGHT TO:
    • Use the selected graphic royalty free in any and all projects for yourself or on behalf of a client.*
    • Sell digital products like: mockups, design templates, website templates, containing the selected graphic, with or without modifications, with a limit of 500 copies, provided that the graphic cannot be readily extracted/unincorporated from such digital media.
    • Sell physical products like: art prints, t-shirts, fabric, clothing, stickers, postcards, phone cases and all kinds of merchandise containing the selected graphic, as is, with minor or major modifications or part of, with a limit of 3000 copies.

If you plan to manufacture a physical product with a FreshDesignElements graphic in excess of 3000 pieces, or a digital product in excess of 500 pieces, please send an email for a different price plan.

* As covered by the FreshDesignElements standard license:
An ongoing, non-exclusive, worldwide license to use a single product for yourself or on behalf of a client in any and all commercial projects for as long as you like.

YOU DO NOT HAVE THE RIGHT TO:
  • Resell the selected graphic° as a digital file in any way.
  • Distribute the selected graphic° as a digital file with client proofs, or in unflattened files.
  • Share the selected graphic° as a digital file in any way.
  • Offer the selected graphic° as a digital file in a giveaway or promotion in any way.
  • Claim the selected graphic° as your own work.


° The graphic in it’s original or modified form or elements of the graphic.

You must not permit an end user of the End Product to extract the Item and use it separately from the End Product.

This license only covers a personal extended usage rights.
